What file formats are supported?

Supports .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files. Output is always .xlsx format.

Is there a file size limit?

All processing is done locally in the browser. File size limits depend on browser memory. Files under 10MB process smoothly; we recommend keeping individual files under 50MB.

How are split files named?

Files are named after the column value with a .xlsx suffix. Special characters (/ : * ? " |) are automatically replaced with underscores.

How are empty values handled?

Rows with empty values in the split column are grouped into a file named "(empty).xlsx".
